1960 Hofner Club 40

1960 Hofner Club 40

With their distinctive shape clearly inspired by Gibson’s Les Paul,
Hofner Club guitars were sold in the UK by Selmer from 1956.
They proved to be an instant hit with young skiffle combos:
John Lennon, George Harrison, Ritchie Blackmore and David Gilmour
all played a Club in their early days.
Their short scale and compact size make them really easy to play and the control panel
offers a wide range of sound configurations.

An all original guitar in beautiful condition, complete with reissue case and strap.
