Terms & Conditions

Description:

Each instrument is carefully examined by ourselves to fully assert its originality.
Each instrument is described as accurately as possible, to the best of our knowledge.
In order to help us describe the condition of each instrument, we use the following scale:

Mint: As clean as it gets.
Near Mint: Extremely clean, with very few minor imperfections and signs of ageing.
Excellent: Very clean, with some minor play wear, scratch marks, or lacquer checking.
Very Good: Clean, with usual play wear, scratch marks, dings, fret wear or lacquer checking.
Good: Normal playing condition, with some pronounced play wear, scratch marks, dings, fret wear or lacquer checking.
Fair: Overall decent condition associated with heavy use or some modifications.
Poor: Average condition, with some possible structural damage.

If any modifications, repairs or non-original parts are spotted, they will be specified for each instrument.
All guitars and basses are set-up in house.
As a general rule, we fit solid bodies with 10-42 strings and hollow bodies with 11-46. If you’d prefer any other gauge, please let us know and we’ll fine tune it for you free of charge.

All guitars and basses sold come with complimentary Guncotton branded polish cloth, plectrums and hi-res pictures of the instrument on a USB memory stick.
