1960 Fender Jazzmaster

Launched in mid 1958 as the top of the range Fender guitar, the Jazzmaster featured
Fender’s first neck with a rosewood fretboard.
Even though it somewhat missed its original target,
it is an incredible Rock’n’Roll and Surf guitar and has also been a firm favourite of 90s bands
like Nirvana, Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine.

A beautiful early 1960 specimen, this original Jazzmaster is in excellent condition with some light play wear.
One of the few models to feature a dark sunburst finish and a tortoiseshell pickguard,
this classic slab board Fender comes complete with brown case, late 50s hang tag, and lead.
